EL EQUIPO
El área de Fan Support de Ticketmaster Perú tiene como objetivo brindar atención directa y personalizada a los usuarios, garantizando una experiencia positiva en la compra y retiro de entradas en puntos físicos.

A través de la operación de taquillas y centros de atención, se busca resolver consultas, gestionar transacciones y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio de la marca.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO
El Ticketing Box Officer es responsable de atender y orientar a los usuarios en los puntos de venta físicos, gestionando la venta, entrega y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con entradas.

Su rol implica brindar atención cordial, eficiente y segura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y la satisfacción del cliente.

LO QUE HARÁS

  • Atender al público en los centros de atención.

  • Gestionar la venta y entrega de entradas físicas.

  • Resolver consultas e incidencias relacionadas con eventos y el proceso de compra.

  • Manejar sistemas de ticketing y medios de pago (POS/Cuadre de caja).

  • Registrar operaciones en el sistema conforme a los protocolos establecidos.

LO QUE NECESITAS SABER (o HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS)

  • Estudios técnicos en la carrera de Administración, Turismo, Comunicación o afines.

  • Manejo de sistemas de ticketing y POS.

  • Atención al cliente (presencial).

  • Protocolos de seguridad y manejo de efectivo
  • Herramientas básicas de ofimática.

  • Experiencia mayor a un (01) año en atención al cliente presencial, preferentemente en eventos, retail o turismo.
