In this role, you will…

  • Gerenciar proactivamente su territorio para evaluar continuamente las necesidades y el potencial para identificar oportunidades, así como incorporar nuevas cuentas de gran potencial.

  • Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas para identificar la visión de la consulta, identificar brechas (gaps) y establecer soluciones para impulsar el crecimiento.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relacionamientos positivos con todos los niveles de las cuentas, incluyendo empleados, asistentes y doctores, demostrando el foco y conocimiento del consultorio, con base en integridad y confianza.

    Entender las capacidades de las cuentas para identificar brechas (gaps) y proveer entrenamiento, recursos técnicos y soporte, para asegurar que se encuentren bien equipados para tratar a los pacientes, con las soluciones adecuadas de Align y así asegurar resultados positivos a los pacientes.

  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en ventas.

    Es deseable experiencia anterior con dispositivos médicos, farmacéutica y empresas de salud.

  • Deseaos de adquirir conocimiento ortodóntico y clínico.

  • Experiencia comprobada de realización de ventas exitosas y experiencia en ventas consultivas.

  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.

    Experiencia en acelerar la utilización de Invisalign en las cuentas y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades.

  • Gran competencia para multitareas, pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.

  • Habilidad y comodidad para mantener discusiones de negocios (ROI Retorno sobre Inversiones), márgenes, productividad, marketing) y hacer las preguntas correctas con relación a las cuestiones del negocio.

  • Experimentado en la creación de planes de acción y de trabajo.

  • Gestión de KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders / Líderes de Opinión Claves).

  • Gestión de presupuesto.
