Job description

Somos una compañía líder multinacional en BTO (Business Tranformation Outsourcing) y Contact Center.

Nos caracterizamos por ser una sola compañía global que potencia la diversidad y el trabajo colaborativo.

Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar soporte técnico eficiente y oportuno a los usuarios internos, tanto de manera remota como presencial, asegurando la operatividad de los equipos microinformáticos y la continuidad de las operaciones.

Será responsable de la atención de incidencias, requerimientos y mantenimiento de equipos de cómputo, garantizando altos estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente.

Funciones:

  • Atender requerimientos e incidencias técnicas de los usuarios, de forma remota y presencial, según los niveles de servicio establecidos.

  • Diagnosticar, reparar y realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de cómputo (desktops, laptops, vinchas, teclados, mouse, etc.).

  • Instalar, configurar y actualizar sistemas operativos y software corporativo.

  • Gestionar de forma eficaz los tickets asignados a través de plataformas ITSM como Service Now u otras similares, asegurando su atención dentro de los tiempos establecidos (SLA).

  • Documentar adecuadamente las actividades realizadas en los tickets o reportes de soporte.

  • Escalar oportunamente los incidentes que requieran atención de segundo o tercer nivel.

  • Brindar soporte técnico en sitio a proyectos o campañas según necesidades operativas.

  • Verificar el correcto funcionamiento del hardware y software entregado a los usuarios.

  • Mantener una comunicación clara, empática y orientada al cliente durante la atención de incidentes.

Requisitos:

Estudios requeridos:

Formación Técnica o Universitaria en las carreras de:

  • Computación e Informática
  • Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines
  • Redes y Comunicaciones
  • Soporte de TI
  • Administración y Sistemas

Nivel de estudios:

  • Universitarios: A partir de 8.º ciclo, egresado, bachiller o titulado.

  • Técnicos: Egresado, bachiller o titulado.

Experiencia técnica:

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en soporte técnico, mesa de ayuda (Nivel 1) o soporte de campo (Nivel 2).

  • Deseable: Experiencia resolviendo problemas comunes de hardware y software, especialmente relacionados con sistemas operativos Windows.

  • Deseable: Atención y gestión de tickets mediante herramientas como Service Now, Remedy, OTRS, Aranda, u otras similares.

  • Deseable: Experiencia atendiendo incidencias de mayor complejidad relacionadas con el sistema operativo, drivers, conflictos de red o fallas de hardware.

Conocimientos técnicos complementarios:

  • Conocimientos básicos de redes y conectividad.

  • Instalación y configuración de sistemas operativos Windows.

  • Herramientas de gestión de tickets (Service Now, Remedy, etc.).

  • Inglés técnico a nivel lectura (deseable).

Idiomas:

  • Inglés técnico (Indispensable).

Disponibilidad:

  • Tiempo completo (Jornada de 48 horas semanales): De lunes a domingo, en el intervalo horario entre 7:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. (Día de descanso rotativo entre sábado o domingo).

  • Gestión 100% presencial: Distrito: Ate.
