We Are Looking For a
Technical Sales Manager – Non-ferrous (100%)
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical and commercial point of contact for aluminium refiners and remelters, focusing on secondary metallurgy, scrap melting, and aluminium recovery technologies
- Grow sales by identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals
- Lead technical consultations and product presentations at customer sites and industry exhibitions
- Support customer operations in non-ferrous metal processing, casting alloy applications, and dross handling
- Oversee product application coordination and support across international markets
- Customize and process customer orders with precision
- Prepare quotations and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions
Skills And Experience You Bring Along
- Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Engineering with a specialization in secondary aluminium production, foundry technology, or furnace operations
- 3+ years of experience in aluminium refining, remelting, or quality control in non-ferrous industries
- Result driven
- Strong understanding of aluminium refining and remelting technologies
- Business acumen with a proactive sales mindset and entrepreneurial energy
- Customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and hands-on, while thriving in team settings
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
