● Impulsar la adopción y éxito de nuestros usuarios, garantizando que perciban el valor y aprovechen al máximo nuestra propuesta de valor.

● Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de nuestros clientes, a través del acompañamiento, cercanía, educación y consultoría durante toda su experiencia.

● Lograr que los clientes adopten nuestras metodologías y plataformas de tal manera que cumplan los objetivos de sus proyectos y le saquen el máximo provecho a sus licencias.

Funciones del puesto


Adopción y satisfacción del cliente:
Mantener altos niveles de adopción, engagement, éxito y satisfacción en tu cartera, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del cliente.


Ejecución y éxito del proyecto:
Garantizar la ejecución perfecta del proyecto según los objetivos, expectativas y tiempos esperados del cliente.


Consultoría y acompañamiento:
Acompañar al cliente de manera consultiva a lo largo de toda su experiencia, entendiendo sus objetivos y cómo estos impactan sobre su negocio, para brindar las mejores recomendaciones y buenas prácticas.


Soporte y entrenamiento:
Brindar entrenamiento y soporte a cada cliente, con el objetivo de que este adopte y utilice la plataforma de la mejor manera posible.


Comunicación y presentaciones de alto impacto:
Ejecutar presentaciones de alto impacto con los equipos directivos y gerentes de nuestros clientes a lo largo de su licencia.
