¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?

  • 1 año de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección.

  • Experiencia interactuando con candidatos, administrando pruebas psico-laborales, publicando anuncios de trabajo, y/o funciones similares.

  • Alguien con muchas ganas de aprender, que disfrute de las interacciones humanas, que le gusten los retos y, sobre todo, que aporte buenos valores a nuestra organización.

  • Deseable: buen manejo de técnicas de sourcing.

  • Experiencia trabajando con algún ATS, es un plus.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de reclutamiento acelerado y cambiante, impulsado por métricas y plazos.

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

  • Identificar talento potencial para los puestos solicitados por nuestros clientes.

  • Brindar soporte al Consultor en diversas tareas del día a día.

  • Organizar la información de los candidatos: CVs, evaluaciones, información relevante, informes, etc.

  • Apoyar en la gestión de referencias laborales, redacción de descripciones de puestos, apoyar en las reuniones necesarias, realizar filtros telefónicos, coordinar entrevistas, entre otras.

  • Asistir en el uso y gestión de herramientas digitales.
