Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems, AI & Digital Innovation Lead to guide the optimisation and integration of systems and AI tools into our operations and client-facing processes.
This is a strategic, hands-on role: design, implement, and manage AI systems — from ChatGPT Business and Microsoft 365 integrations to automation of workflows — while safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring every interaction remains elegant and bespoke.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with brand values and operational goals.
Audit existing systems and identify opportunities for AI-assisted efficiency, personalization, and quality improvement.
Implement and manage AI integrations (ChatGPT Business, Copilot, workflow automation, calendar & email connectors) with strict data protection.
Design prompt libraries, templates, and content frameworks to maintain brand voice.
- Oversee staff training and adoption of AI tools.
Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools for strategic benefit.
Establish AI governance, ethics, and data policies ensuring compliance with GDPR and Peruvian law.
- Provide regular reports on AI usage, impact, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Technical Expertise: Microsoft 365, ChatGPT Enterprise / Copilot, connectors, workflow automation, prompt engineering, data governance, CRMs and quoting systems.
Operational & Strategic Acumen: AI or digital tool implementation in high-touch industries.
Interpersonal & Creative Skills: Strong communicator, brand voice awareness, discreet and culturally sensitive.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, AI, Info Systems, or related.
3–7 years in AI integration, digital transformation, or tech consulting; experience in high-touch service environments preferred.
Proven track record of measurable impact from AI solutions.
