Join an established family owned business and leading supplier to UK retailers, food service and wholesale, specialised in the supply and delivery of fresh exotic fruit and specialty vegetables, in their fast-growing office based in Lima, Peru as we are in the need of a highly motivated individual with desires to grow along with the business.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the required skills to process and manage customer orders during the whole chain, monitor shipments, ensure customer orders are accurate and on time, book spaces with agents and shipping lines, key grower relationship management, prepare reports, organize and keep track of all paperwork relating to daily functions of office administration, invoice customers, receipts and bank deposits, customer service management and all other tasks involved in the administrative process, providing support to ensure an efficient operation.
Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience
· Advanced english writing and speaking

· Multitask
· Functional ability of Windows Office
