Supervisor(a) Front Servicio al Cliente Job Opening In Lima – Now Hiring InterBank


Job description

Tu objetivo principal será:

Ser el/la responsable de liderar y gestionar equipos de asesores en los canales de Banca Telefónica y/o Canales Digitales (WhatsApp), asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos, de negocio y de experiencia del cliente .

¿Cómo lo lograrás?

  • Asegurarás el cumplimiento de los objetivos clave: Nivel de Servicio, AHT, FCR, TMO, NPS y productividad individual y grupal.

  • Monitorearás en tiempo real los indicadores de calidad y eficiencia de ambos canales, gestionando desviaciones y aplicando planes correctivos de forma proactiva.

  • Analizarás tendencias de desempeño por segmentos (Top, Mid y Low Performers), aplicando estrategias diferenciadas según la necesidad de cada grupo.

    Además, realizarás seguimiento individual por asesor, identificando desviaciones e implementando planes de mejora para asesores con bajo desempeño, asegurando su evolución y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

  • Brindarás soporte efectivo en tiempo real a los asesores, garantizando la adherencia a los procesos y estándares de calidad.

  • Diseñarás e implementarás planes de formación y desarrollo en técnicas de atención, manejo de clientes, ventas y resolución de problemas.

  • Ejecutarás sesiones de coaching estructurado basadas en análisis de llamadas, interacciones digitales, Speech Analytics y retroalimentación individual, aplicando diferentes metodologías de aprendizaje como role play, shadowing y auditorías en vivo.

  • Motivarás y empoderarás al equipo mediante programas de reconocimiento y estrategias de engagement.

  • Supervisarás y gestionarás casos críticos o escalaciones en llamada en vivo, redes sociales y chat.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Estudios técnicos concluidos o universitario en curso (desde el 7° ciclo) en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Estadística, Comunicaciones o afines.

  • Deseable certificación en gestión de calidad (COPC, ISO 9001) y metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Six Sigma, Agile).

  • 2 años de experiencia en supervisión de equipos en Contact Center, preferiblemente en banca, telecomunicaciones o sectores con altos estándares de servicio.

  • Conocimiento intermedio - avanzado en Excel, PoweBI, SQL, AWS,y similares (deseable).

  • Análisis de métricas operativas y de experiencia del cliente para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización.
