De qué trata el puesto?

  • Dirigir a la fuerza comercial, de acuerdo a los procesos de la compañía, con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos mensuales para obtener mayor rentabilidad para la operación.

Los retos del puesto:

  • Planificar el volumen diario en la fuerza de ventas, con la finalidad de estar enfocados constantemente a las metas.
  • Velar el cumplimiento de los procesos comerciales (Couching, S-S, Reeclapp) para optimizar el potencial de la fuerza comercial en menor tiempo.
  • Fiscalizar la función de los vendedores en la ruta indirecta logrando que el equipo de ejecutivo de ventas llegue a los puntos de venta establecidos.
  • Apoyar y gestionar inconvenientes mayores, con el fin de crear lazos con sus clientes.
  • Desdoblar metas de los ejecutivos de ventas, en base al peso de cada uno de ellos, con el fin de cobrar su renumeración y cumplir las metas.
  • Destacar a los mejores vendedores con la finalidad de un posible ascenso de categoría.
  • Potenciar la fortaleza de los ejecutivos de ventas y transformar sus debilidades a habilidades para un mejor desempeño.

 


Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 año realizando funciones similares.
  • Excel a nivel intermedio.
