Supervisor de ventas Call Center Job Opening In Peru, Peru – Now Hiring Telecom G.


Job description

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor de Operaciones para que se una a nuestro equipo en nuestra Sede de Comas.

FUNCIONES:

  • Asegurar la gestión diaria de la plataforma, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.

  • Brindar una retroalimentación continua al equipo de trabajo, para lograr el más óptimo desempeño.

  • Realizar la gestión administrativa del personal (ingresos, ceses, vacaciones, permisos, sanciones, otros).

  • Administrar de forma eficiente los recursos asignados (presupuesto, herramientas de trabajo, otros).

  • Recabar, analizar e interpretar los KPI S, generando los reportes requeridos por la operación.

  • Implementar prácticas que promuevan un buen clima laboral, acorde a la cultura de la organización.

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puestos similares (Contact Center para servicios de INTERNET PERUANO) o experiencia de 2 años como supervisor de ventas en el rubro de telemarketing.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en el distrito de Comas.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 06:30 pm y sábados de 9:00 am a 03:00 pm.
