Estamos en la búsqueda de un
Supervisor de Ventas en Call Center
, responsable de liderar, coordinar y motivar al equipo de asesores comerciales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, calidad y productividad establecidos por la empresa.

Funciones Principales

  • Supervisar y dirigir al equipo de asesores de ventas en call center.

  • Monitorear llamadas y brindar retroalimentación constante al equipo.

  • Establecer planes de acción para el logro de metas comerciales.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión diaria, semanal y mensual.

  • Coordinar capacitaciones y reforzamientos para la mejora continua del personal.

  • Promover un clima laboral positivo y motivador dentro del equipo.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de la empresa.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en supervisión de call center (ventas, cobranzas o retención).

  • Conocimiento en manejo de indicadores de ventas y productividad.

  • Liderazgo, comunicación asertiva y capacidad de motivar equipos.

  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas de gestión.

  • Disponibilidad inmediata.
