SUPERVISOR DE EQUIPO EN ADMISIONES

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?


  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas mediante el seguimiento detallado de indicadores de call center y base de datos.

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes estratégicos para alcanzar metas de ventas y conversión.

  • Definir estrategias de gestión de base de datos para campañas activas.

  • Generar informes detallados sobre indicadores de call center, base de datos y rendimiento del equipo.

  • Desarrollar planes de trabajo para optimizar la rotación, ausentismo y adherencia del equipo.

  • Motivar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos de ventas y productividad.

  • Realizar análisis diarios y semanales de los indicadores de ventas.

  • Conducir reuniones estratégicas con el equipo para establecer y revisar los objetivos propuestos.

¿Qué necesitas para postular a la posición?


  • Estudios culminados técnicos o universitarios en las carreras Administración, Marketing, Ciencias de la Comunicación o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años liderando equipos de ventas call center.

  • Disponibilidad para laborar 100% presencial de lunes a viernes y sábados medio día en San Isidro.

  • Conocimiento en indicadores de ventas y gestión de base de datos en entornos de call center.

  • Conocimiento de Salesfore y Power BI

  • Nivel intermedio/avanzado de Office.
