Job description

Importante empresa del rubro de Cobranzas se encuentra en la búsqueda de Supervisores de Cobranza por incremento

Requisitos:

SUPERVISOR DE COBRANZAS



REQUISITOS:

- Estudios Universitarios o Técnicos culminados o incompletos en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía y/o carreras afines.

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el cargo de Supervisor de Cobranza y/o liderando Equipos de trabajo en el rubro Call center.

(Indispensable)

- Experiencia gestionando carteras tempranas y castigadas (No indispensable)

- Manejo de Excel a nivel Intermedio – Avanzado

- Conocimiento de indicadores Operativos y herramientas para gestión.

- Conocimiento en Power Bl y SQL (Deseable).

- Capacidad de negociación, facilidad de comunicación, rapidez de gestión, adaptabilidad y experiencia en procesos de capacitación de personal, manejo y control de equipos ejecutivos Call Center.

- Sentido de urgencia y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.

- Contar con las competencias de liderazgo, organización y tolerancia a la frustración.

- Tener disponibilidad para laborar en Santa Anita, solo de Lunes a Viernes



FUNCIONES



- Cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos estratégicos.

-Análisis y Asignación de Cartera al personal a cargo

- Supervisar y monitorear los KPIs de la catera y del equipo a cargo, a través de la generación de reportes diarios.

- Medir la efectividad y productividad de las estrategias aplicadas.

- Elaborar las Estrategias de Gestión y Planes de Trabajo para el logro de los Objetivos establecidas por la Empresa y por nuestros clientes.

- Proponer, desarrollar e implementar herramientas o procesos de Gestión que ayuden a mejorar el desempeño y productividad del servicio.

- Coordinación y comunicación con los clientes, participar de las reuniones de trabajo.

- Mantener el clima laboral del equipo a cargo mediante la realización de actividades de motivación.

- Otras funciones delegadas por su jefe inmediato e inherentes a su cargo.
