Estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Call Center

En LLamagas, importante compañía del sector (indicar sector), estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional para asumir el reto de Supervisor de Call Center.

Requisitos
Formación técnica o universitaria completa en Administración, Comunicaciones, Marketing o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en supervisión de call center (ventas, atención al cliente o cobranzas).

Manejo de indicadores de gestión (KPI's).

Liderazgo, orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Manejo intermedio de Excel y sistemas de gestión de call center.

Funciones Principales
Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de asesores telefónicos, garantizando el cumplimiento de metas.

Monitorear y evaluar llamadas, brindando retroalimentación para mejorar la calidad del servicio.

Elaborar reportes de gestión y proponer planes de mejora.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de atención y políticas internas.

Motivar y acompañar al equipo para lograr un alto desempeño.
