Job description

Empresa especializada en el rubro de cobranzas se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Supervisor Call Center con experiencia en Cobranzas Castigo, para laborar de lunes a sábado en el distrito de San Isidro.

  • Experiencia: mínima de 2 años supervisando equipos de cobranzas de call center en entidades financieras, cartera vencida, castigo y /o judicial (indispensable).

  • Ingreso: Sueldo básico de S/.1,700+ Bono de Movilidad de S/.200 + Comisiones Ilimitadas + bonos e incentivos.

  • Tipo de Planilla: Mype desde el primer día.

  • Gestión: 100% presencial en San Isidro
  • Horario: de lunes a viernes de 8am a 6pm y sábados de 9am a 12pm
  • Descanso: Domingos y feriados

FUNCIONES:

  • Controlar la gestión, contacto y seguimiento del equipo a cargo.

  • Planificar y organizar el trabajo diario, semanal y mensual del equipo a cargo.

  • Proponer e impulsar estrategias de cobranzas de la campaña asignada.

  • Elaboración, seguimiento y análisis de indicadores de gestión.

  • Monitoreo de los operadores a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de sus funciones.

  • Brindar capacitaciones, feedback y coaching al personal
  • Elaboración de reportes e informes.

REQUISITOS:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años supervisando equipos de cobranzas de call center en entidades financieras, cartera vencida, castigo y /o judicial (indispensable).

  • Estudios superiores o técnico truncos o culminados en administración, finanzas o carreras afines.

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de indicadores.

  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio.

  • Disponibilidad de trabajar presencial en San Isidro
  • Competencias: Visión de negocio, liderazgo, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, planificación y organización.

  • Horario: 48 horas semanales de lunes a sábado.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: S/.1, S/.3,500.00 al mes
