Position Title: Representante de Ventas Sr.

Location: Lima, Perú

Comercializar productos de los diversos segmentos que tiene de la empresa, incrementando las ventas mediante el desarrollo del negocio de las cuentas asignadas a través de la atención personalizada a los compradores detectando oportunidades/necesidades y brindando soluciones según la estrategia de la compañia, asegurando de esta forma la oferta de todos los productos, servicios y beneficios para maximizar la rentabilidad.

Responsabilidades

Las responsabilidades específicas incluyen, pero no están limitadas a:

  • Vender los productos de la compañía, mediante el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales, control de los recursos asignados para planes promocionales con clientes, análisis de datos de ventas para mejorar los resultados de las cuentas y detectar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio con nuevos clientes para la diversificación de mercados, contribuyendo al margen de la empresa.

  • Cumplir con las metas de ventas establecidas a los clientes asignados, desarrollando relaciones de confianza con los clientes mediante el conocimiento profundo de sus necesidades y requerimientos para asegurar la relación comercial.

  • Asegurar la rentabilidad del negocio a través de:

  • La administración y el control del LOD/ITN asignado a cada cuentamediante la ejecución adecuada y oportuna de los aumentos de precios.

  • Ayudar a mantener el nivel de DSO dentro de los parámetros establecidos por la empresa..

  • Ejecución precisa y oportuna de la estrategia del portafolio de productos definidos para cada cliente.

  • Conocer y gestionar los KPIs tanto de nuestras cuentas como de la empresa para evaluar continuamente el desempeño de ambas partes y establecer correcciones de posibles desviaciones.

  • Requisitos

    • Requisitos de educación: Estudios Universitarios concluidos en Administración, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales.

    • Años de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector: 3 a 5 años

    • Requisitos de idioma: Inglés Básico de lectura

    • Requisitos de viaje: Disponibilidad de viaje al interior del país.

    Experience

    • Experiencia en sistemas específicos: Manejo de SAP, Genesis, Excel y Power point avanzados y portal de proveedores.

    • Requisitos de habilidades técnicas específicas: Negociación, Planeación, Enfoque al cliente, Finanzas, conocimiento en Marketing y E-Commerce.

    • Requisitos de habilidades blandas específicas: Planeación, Organización, Toma de decisiones, Ejecución, Liderazgo, Creatividad, Solución de problemas, Comunicación, Actitud de servicio, Resolución de conflictos.

    • Realizar tareas administrativas, como preparar presupuestos de ventas (forecast) e informes, llevar registros de ventas y análisis de PSI.

    • Colaborar con varios departamentos dentro de la empresa.
