Responsabilidades:

Dar soporte de nivel 2 al personal administrativo, docente y académico de USIL.

Requisitos:

  1. Conocimientos de sistemas operativos, software y dispositivos.

  2. Tener conocimientos de redes.

  3. Ser claro y preciso en las respuestas.

  4. Habilidades para ofrecer una buena atención al cliente.

  5. Resolver problemas de forma clara y rápida.

  6. Habilidades de servicio al cliente.

  7. Ser empático con el cliente.

  8. Saber escuchar las necesidades del usuario.

  9. Mantener la paciencia y el profesionalismo.

Experiencia: Mínima de 6 meses.

Horario: Lunes a sábado de 12:30 a 21:30 pm en sede La Molina.
