Requisitos:

Ingeniero, Bachiller ó Técnico electrónico y carreras afines.

Experiencia mínima en el puesto de 2 años (indispensable)

Experiencia en trabajos en Planta Industrial , Minería u otros (deseable)

Experiencia en Manejo de Sistemas de Mesa de Ayuda (Servicenow, Tivit,Invgate Service Desk, Dynamics 365, u otros )

Experiencia comprobada en seguimiento y monitoreo atención al usuarios a nivel de soporte técnico (Soporte Nivel 1 y 2).

Conocimiento de computación e informática.

Conocimientos de sistemas operativos y redes.

Experiencia en Configuración de Switches CISCO, AP CISCO (Diagnóstico y detección de Fallas) CCNA (deseable).

Conocimiento en trabajos de Cableado Estructurado y Fibra Óptica (básico - Intermedio)

Conocimiento en Sistema de Cámaras de seguridad (básico - Intermedio)

Conocimiento en Sistema de Videoconferencia Polycom u otros ( Intermedio)

Conocimiento en Sistema de Cámaras de seguridad (básico)

Funciones:

Realizar seguimiento y monitoreo para atención de soporte técnico (cierre de ticket de atención).

Realizar seguimiento de todos los casos, tanto por correo y vía telefónica a los especialistas y en algunas oportunidades a los usuarios.

Realizar las instalaciones de equipos, software e implementación de la infraestructura tecnológica cuando sea requerido.

Brindar asistencia y soporte de nivel 1 a los usuarios en el sistema, aplicaciones institucionales y software base

Cumplir con el procedimiento de calidad establecido para la Jefatura de Soporte TI.

Instalación, Configuración de Software y Equipos de Oficina.

Instalación, Configuración, Administración de Redes.

Conocimientos de Routers, Switchs, Unidades de Backup, UPS.

Cableados de Red y Equipos inalámbricos (CISCO).

Registro de incidencias y sus reportes respectivos.

Apoyar en las implementaciones que involucren al área de Tecnología relacionado a Sistemas, dando soporte en relación a las instalaciones, configuraciones y pruebas; con el fin de ir acorde a las tecnologías que busque la Empresa.
