  • Brindar soporte microinformático de Nivel 2.

  • Resolver incidencias y requerimientos de usuarios en sitio.

  • Asegurar una adecuada atención y comunicación con el usuario final.

Requisitos

  • Egresado técnico o universitario de carreras afines a TI.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte microinformático.

  • Buen manejo de habilidades blandas (orientación al servicio, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo).
