Estamos en búsqueda de Service Manager - Mesa de ayuda

Principales responsabilidades:

Encargado del seguimiento, control y supervisión de las actividades de la mesa de ayuda

Requerimientos:

  • Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería industrial o afines, con más de siete (7) años de experiencia en la gestión de cuentas
  • Experiencia de trabajo en modelos de software factory tradicional y agiles, deseable que haya definido algún modelo de operación para uno o varios clientes
  • Conocimiento de ejecución por todo el ciclo de vida del proceso de desarrollo de software, desde la ideación hasta el soporte y mantenimiento (incluye pruebas).
  • Conocimiento en ayuda de mesa de entrada
  • Debe haber trabajado con frameworks de escalado ágil, como Safe, Less, Nexus, indispensable Safe con certificación.
  • Conocimiento técnico en Servidor de Aplicaciones IIS, WebLogic y Base de Datos Oracle.
  • El candidato debe tener una notable capacidad de resiliencia.
  • Alto compromiso y pro-positivo, este individuo debe ser capaz de convertir los desafíos en oportunidades de aprendizaje y crecimiento, y mantener un nivel de profesionalismo y positividad, incluso en situaciones de alto estrés o confrontación.
  • Alto manejo del estrés.
  • El horario en dicha posición es flexible, tiene que estar disponible para armar War rooms cuando el negocio lo requiera, no importa si es fin de semana o feriado.
  • Certificaciones obligatorias que debe cumplir:
    PMP
    ITIL 4
    Safe
    DevOps
    SCRUM PO, MASTER y DEV
