AI/ServiceNow Developer – Remote (LATAM)

Contract Role
We're looking for a
ServiceNow AI Developer
to design and build intelligent workflows and automation solutions powered by ServiceNow's
Agentic AI framework
.
This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with cutting-edge
AI/ML technologies
like LLMs, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
You'll work closely with product managers, business analysts, and Scrum teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using
ServiceNow Agentic AI, AI Orchestrator, and AI Agent Studio
.
- Build AI agents for ITSM, CSM, and other enterprise use cases.
- Develop integrations with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Apply
LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks
to enhance agent intelligence and accuracy.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with
ITIL practices, security policies, and data privacy regulations
.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
Agile/Scrum environment
.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years
of hands-on software and ServiceNow development experience.
- 3–5 years
working with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector DBs. - 3–5 years
of experience applying AI/ML models to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules.
- Bilingual:
fluent in English and Spanish
(required).
Interview Process
- Two interviews (technical + soft skills), 1 hour each, via video conference (camera required).
- May include a
hands-on technical assessment
