Job description:
We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Engineer
for our
Patient Monitoring and Life Support (PMLS)
line in Peru.
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible technical support.
To achieve this, the personnel will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide professional technical support for Mindray products to both distributors and end users.
- Serve as a technical resource to support our distributors and their teams.
- Respond to calls and emails from distributors.
- Manage service and spare parts requests from distributors.
- Monitor service quality indicators of our distributors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit customers together with distributors to ensure their needs are met.
- Support the training and development of distributors and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams by providing specialized technical support.
- Occasionally provide value-added services to certain hospitals (training, maintenance, inspections).
- Take responsibility for the effective management of your assigned service area, including promoting new contracts and coordinating with clients for renewals.
Profile description:
What we are looking for:
- Graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience with patient monitors and life-support medical devices (desirable).
- Technical skills in diagnostics, repair, and calibration of medical products (desirable).
- Proficiency in written and spoken technical English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
- Availability to travel within and outside the country.
- Provide field support to distributors.
