Prestigiosa empresa del rubro de servicios se encuentra en búsqueda de un Service desk / Exp en mantenimiento de infraestructura.


•¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios Técnicos o universitarios
  • Experiencia 1 año desempeñando labores de Service Desk.

  • Deseable experiencia dentro de empresas del rubro.

  • Trabajo en equipo / Adaptabilidad / Compromiso
  • Disponibilidad para laborar en el Callao


•¿Qué lograrás?

  • Generar, recibir y derivar los tickets brindados por el sistema REMEDY
  • Efectuar seguimiento a los requerimientos pendientes de atención del sistema REMEDY.

  • Derivar requerimientos a los proveedores que corresponda, realizar seguimiento de solicitudes y cierres.

  • Retroalimentar a los usuarios sobre el estado actual de sus requerimientos, con énfasis en aquellos requerimientos a ser atendidos fuera de plazo.

  • Cerrar los requerimientos del REMEDY validando las fichas de intervención y guardar el documento en la carpeta compartida del banco.

  • Registrar los requerimientos en la matriz para el reporte diario.

  • Gestionar y supervisar el cumplimiento de las visitas a las agencias, guardando los check list en la carpeta compartida.

  • Realizar el seguimiento a la OS y conformidad para los proveedores Sodexo.

  • Recibir las solicitudes de servicio (correo, sistema, vía telefónica), prioriza y programa el servicio según SLA.
