As we expand our RaaS (Recruitment as a Service) talent pool, we're seeking experienced SEO Experts who are analytical, proactive, and passionate about driving measurable results for clients across diverse industries.

About The Role
As an SEO Expert within our RaaS talent pool, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve clients' online visibility, organic traffic, and conversion outcomes.

You will work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize on-page and off-page performance, monitor KPIs, and continuously refine SEO campaigns based on data insights and algorithm updates.

This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing confidence.

You'll help digital-first companies build sustainable search visibility, strengthen their brand authority, and generate high-quality leads through organic growth.

General Responsibilities
The responsibilities of an SEO Expert include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing effective SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices
• Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth
• Implementing on-page and off-page optimisation, including technical fixes, content structure, and link-building initiatives
• Monitoring SEO KPIs (rankings, organic traffic, conversions) and providing actionable insights through regular reports
• Collaborating with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all touchpoints
• Staying current with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools or methods
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical SEO issues that could impact visibility or site performance
• Suggesting and implementing A/B tests and experiments to improve click-through rates and content engagement
• Maintaining a client-centric approach, ensuring every recommendation ties back to tangible business outcomes

Overall, the SEO Expert will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve strong, sustainable organic growth through strategy, precision, and innovation.

Position Specifications
This SEO Expert position includes the following:

• Full-time commitment, 8 hours per day
• Availability during appropriate office hours depending on client's time zone (typically European or US hours)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO roles (agency or freelance)
• Proven experience managing client SEO strategies in competitive industries
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer, or similar
• Solid understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword tracking tools
• Ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to non-technical clients
• Strong research, reporting, and analytical skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined in managing multiple priorities
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
• Stable internet connection and availability for virtual meetings across time zones
