An important global client is looking for a Sr. IT Services Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team
In this role, you will join a newly established ISTM team that will play a key role in providing critical support to the USA team
Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment of on-prem and cloud solutions related to endpoint management
- Support the organization in technical issues related to endpoint management
- Lead the definition of new policies related to the strategy for the EUC (End User Computing) environment
- Provide technical advice and mentorship to the team.
- Acting as the senior point of escalation for technical issues.
- Participating as part of the IT Services technical team, attending internal meetings, you must be able to communicate with all levels of the team.
- Participate in SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and KBA (Knowledge base articles) documentation
- Collect technical requirements of the business
- Lead brainstorming sessions and war rooms
- Participate in proof-of-concept processes, as well as requirements development
- Work with external consultants on the various implementations that are made
- Work with minimal supervision prioritizing according to scheduled tasks
- Consistently report to the Managed Services Supervisor and IT Services Director to keep them informed of issues, impediments, escalations, and resource needs
- Provide relevant information to the Managed Services Supervisor regarding managed services.
- Participate in the development of new products, solutions and technologies.
- Inform management of process improvements in areas of concern
REQUIREMENTS
Advance English is required for this work daily.
It will be evaluated during the process, and english interview will take place with a global Manager from the team of United States
- EntraID Console Knowledge (AAD) and Active Directory
- Experience with patching and execution strategies using centralized tools such as Tanium, SCCM, WSUS.
Patching of Servers and endpoints (EUC) - Experience Administration of Tanium including Provision, Patch, Interact, and other modules.
- Knowledge and management of Intune console and Workspace One.
- Knowledge in the management of Citrix (virtual apps and desktops)
- Knowledge of Integration and optimization of Desktop Management, Mobile Device
- Management, and Virtual Desktops
- Knowledge and management of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (such as Teams)
- Design, deployment and maintenance of Policies through GPOs, Intune and Tanium enforce
- Knowledge of deployment, management and CIS hardening of desktop and laptop image profiles
- Knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLANs
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Powershell.
- Windows Client Platform Knowledge (10, 11)
- Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management oriented to customer satisfaction
