We are seeking an experienced
Senior FinTech Program Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic financial technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and stakeholder management, proven experience coordinating across global teams, and a deep understanding of fintech operations, compliance, and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program lifecycle, including business cases, stakeholder alignment, budgets, and governance frameworks
- Lead complex projects requiring coordination across multiple technical and business teams
- Navigate cross-organizational dynamics and manage stakeholders across different time zones
- Integrate timelines across interconnected programs and ensure on-time delivery
- Implement processes that improve execution efficiency and delivery quality
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in solving business challenges
- Communicate progress, issues, and impacts clearly and in a timely manner to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management within fintech, banking, or other regulated domains
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across geographies and time zones
- Strong understanding of fintech products, tax/regulatory compliance, and risk management processes
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and resource planning skills
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environments
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and governance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Availability to work US hours
- English level B2+
