Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Business Developer para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra empresa en el segmento corporativo y enterprise.

El objetivo principal de este rol es impulsar el crecimiento sostenido de la empresa.

Para lograrlo, serás responsable de liderar procesos de venta consultiva en los segmentos corporativo y enterprise, asegurando el cierre de ventas de alto impacto y una transición fluida hacia la etapa de implementación.

Para esto, deberás contar con habilidades sobresalientes en negociación y establecimiento de relaciones comerciales.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar el ciclo completo de ventas: desde la presentación inicial del producto y demostración, hasta la negociación, el cierre y la coordinación con el equipo de implementación, acompañando siempre al cliente en su ciclo.

  • Presentaciones efectivas: liderarás reuniones y presentaciones comerciales, adaptando tu discurso a diferentes interlocutores, incluyendo usuarios, gerentes y directivos de C-Level.

  • Gestión del cliente y ventas consultivas: deberás comprender en profundidad la operación de cada cliente para ofrecer soluciones que generen valor real.

    Además, acompañarás al cliente en la etapa inicial de la implementación si es necesario.

  • Gestión del pipeline y reporte de resultados: Mantendrás la información precisa y actualizada en HubSpot y otras plataformas internas.

    También serás responsable de reportar periódicamente los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y pronósticos de ventas a tu gerente de ventas.

REQUISITOS

  • Formación académica: título en Administración de negocios, Administración de empresas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afín.

  • Experiencia previa en ventas y desarrollo de negocios, preferentemente en empresas StartUps / SaaS, en roles comerciales como Sales Executive, Business Developer, Hunter de new logos, y afines, al menos 4 años.

  • Conocimientos: experiencia específica con la plataforma HubSpot, o CRM de gestión de venta.

  • Deseable (no excluyente): experiencia previa en empresas SaaS, fintech o soluciones tecnológicas.

  • Debes ser una persona que se caracterice por una gran orientación al logro, habilidades de negociación y tenacidad.

  • Orientación a resultados y habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.

  • Proactivo/a y con capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa.
