Senior Account Manager Job Opening In Santiago de Surco – Now Hiring Macsa Advanced Solutions SAC


Job description

Buscamos un
 profesional de ventas con experiencia en gestión comercial de clientes corporativos, proactivo y con enfoque de trabajo en equipo, que se encargue de gestionar las relaciones con nuestros clientes para impulsar la venta de soluciones de data center, servidores, storage, respaldo y networking
.

Este rol implica entender las necesidades de negocio del cliente, construir relaciones a largo plazo, desarrollar estrategias de ventas, gestionar el pipeline y la rentabilidad de las cuentas, y coordinar equipos internos para satisfacer los requerimientos del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Cuentas Corporativas:

Administrar y desarrollar oportunidades en el portafolio de cuentas asignadas en el sector privado.
- Entendimiento del Cliente:

Analizar los objetivos, prioridades y desafíos del negocio y TI del cliente para ofrecer valor a través de las soluciones Data Center que representa nuestra empresa.
- Construcción de Relaciones:

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de confianza y lealtad con los clientes, actuando como un socio consultivo.
- Desarrollo de Negocio:

Impulsar el crecimiento y la venta de productos y servicios de nuestra empresa, identificando nuevas oportunidades y haciendo crecer el pipeline de ventas.
- Coordinación Interna:

Trabajar con equipos internos (ingenieros, otros gerentes de cuenta) y socios para orquestar la estrategia y el cierre de las ventas.
- Cumplimiento de Metas:

esponsable de lograr los objetivos de ventas (cuotas y margen) para las cuentas asignadas.
- Conocimiento de Tendencias:

Mantener y desarrollar conocimientos y certificaciones en tecnologías de data center y tendencias modernas de TI para ofrecer el portafolio de manera efectiva.

Cualidades:

  • Experiencia en Ventas y Account Management:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de ventas y gestión de cuentas, preferiblemente en la industria de TI.
- Conocimiento del Sector:

Experiencia trabajando en el sector de TI, en integradores o en el área de centros de datos.
- Habilidades de Negociación y Planificación:

Capacidad para negociar soluciones, elaborar planes de negocio en conjunto con el cliente y gestionar la planificación y el pipeline de ventas.
