We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with
8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce
Service Cloud solutions.
The role requires
strong Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience
, along with advanced Apex, LWC, and integration skills.
The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
, including case, Contract management, knowledge base, and console with best practices.
- Implement and optimize
Omni-Channel routing
and reporting for efficient case distribution.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud using out-of-the-box functionalities (e.g., creating custom fields, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards) according to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities.
- Support for all operational changes on Salesforce Community/ KB/IVR
Required Skills:
