El/la Sales Specialist Hunter B2B de YoCobro, tiene como objetivo la prospección y activación de nuevos clientes, alineados al perfil de empresas objetivo de YoCobro.

Para lograr este objetivo deberás contribuir con tu experiencia y conocimiento a la estrategia global, para maximizar los resultados esperados.

Dentro de tus principales retos se encuentran,

  • Prospección en frío de nuevos clientes.

    La gestión será desarrollada a través de redes sociales, llamados telefónicos, correos electrónicos y/o reuniones virtuales y/o presenciales, WhatsApp u otros medios de mensajería efectiva.

  • Gestión de bases de datos asignadas y/o gestionar cartera de clientes propia.

  • Venta directa de productos que sean desarrollados por YoCobro para el segmento B2B.

  • Investigación de mercado sobre potenciales canales de empresas objetivo a través de (cámaras de comercio, grupos empresariales, grupos en redes sociales, etc.).

  • Presentación y explicación de la plataforma, los requisitos para suscribirse y afiliarse, así como contestar todas las inquietudes relacionadas al producto.

  • Soporte y asistencia durante el proceso completo de Onboarding del cliente B2B.

  • Levantamiento de Insights del cliente B2B para mejora continua de productos.

  • Levantamiento de casos B2B al área de Atención al Cliente, Compliance y TI.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios universitarios completos en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing o carrera afín.

  • Mínimo 3 años experiencia en ventas de productos en segmento B2B, o Account manager en empresas financieras, de servicios financieros, Payments o plataformas de pagos, procesadores de pagos, agregadores de pagos, pasarelas de pagos, billeteras electrónicas, tarjetas prepago, EEDE, o similares.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en prospección estratégica, negociación y desarrollo de iniciativas comerciales.

  • Ownership y accountability para tomar decisiones bajo estrés y de manera acelerada
  • Capacidad de influenciar un grupo diverso de stakeholders.

Mejor aún y se valora sí cuentas con...

  • Uso de Excel medio/avanzado.
