Resumen Del Puesto
Administra su territorio con la adecuada planeación y consistente consecución de resultados en ventas a través de:

  • Conseguir, mantener y crecer una base de clientes fieles, a través de entregar consistentemente buenas experiencias al cliente.

  • Promover actividades (educación, promoción) que logren prueba, compra y recompra de manera autónoma
  • Realizar esfuerzo consciente y constante para encontrar oportunidades y explotarlas a su favor
  • Motivar, entusiasmar y movilizar a sus coequiperos para lograr cumplimiento consistente de objetivos y lograr una operación efectiva de atención al cliente.

Planeación

  • Planea su actividad para establecer el ciclo de visitas y contactos que le llevarán al cumplimiento sostenido de objetivos de facturación, crecimiento de sus clientes clave y crecimiento de su territorio
  • Planea cómo administrar y mejorar la satisfacción de sus clientes en todos los aspectos de su relación comercial (educación, compras (a Straumanngroup), despachos, facturación, cobranza, ventas (a consumidor final)
  • Consigna en CRM todas las acciones y conclusiones de su gestión, y planea fechas y acciones de sus próximos contactos para asegurar su ejecución efectiva y oportuna

Facturación y penetración de mercado

  • Cumple con los objetivos de volumen e ingresos fijados por la compañía para cada una de las marcas a su cargo
  • Mantiene un pipeline de prospectos acorde a las instrucciones de la compañía, tanto en volumetría (# de prospectos en cada etapa), como en gestión (# de visitas y movimientos efectivos) y efectividad (tasa de éxito en cierres)
  • Asegura que el número de clientes comprando cada mes crezca sostenidamente a través de planear y ejecutar un forecast de ventas de su territorio completo (# de clientes en forecast) y basado en datos (historial de compra, estado de cartera)
  • Analiza necesidades y oportunidades del mercado y propone acciones que generen aumento del flujo de negocio a través de ampliación de portafolio

Productividad y rentabilidad

  • Asegura tener el adecuado conocimiento y manejo de producto, técnicas de venta y herramientas de trabajo acordadas
  • Utiliza las herramientas para lograr aumentos en eficiencia operativa, y utiliza su tiempo de manera eficiente, cumpliendo con los indicadores de gestión establecidos
  • Establece objetivos de crecimiento personal y desarrolla las competencias necesarias para lograr esos objetivos

Administrativo

  • Asegura el cumplimiento de políticas y normas comerciales, operativas, administrativas y código de ética
  • Genera los reportes de ventas y gastos que sus líderes le soliciten
  • Participa en los comités interdepartamentales que se requieran para el adecuado desarrollo de la gestión comercial y la atención a sus clientes (cartera, logística, mercadeo y educación)
  • Detecta, administra y elimina conflictos interpersonales y productivos cuando aparecen

¿Qué necesitas tener o saber?

  • Título universitario o carrera técnica
  • 2 o más años en cargos comerciales
  • Experiencia en mercado odontológico o equipos médicos deseable
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en la zona, que contempla las ciudades de Pereira, Manizales y Armenia.
