Sales Executor Job Opening In San Isidro – Now Hiring Nestle

**Propósito de la Posición:**

Asegurar el crecimiento de sell out del distribuidor y canal asignado mediante el crecimiento de cobertura, numero de pedidos y la correcta implementación de la foto del éxito en las tiendas.

**Un día en la vida de...**

+ Gestión y seguimiento diario a los principales indicadores de venta (Sell out total en soles, número de pedidos, ticket promedio, cobertura y visibilidad)
+ Realizar y participar activamente de la construcción de los objetivos de sell out por Canal y Categoría del mes.

(objetivo para la Distribuidora y el despliegue hacia la FFVV)
+ Analizar el negocio mensualmente vs.

to go y año anterior; con el propósito de buscar oportunidades
+ (evaluar gestión building blocks de campañas, promociones y planes de ruta)
+ Levantar oportunidades de surtido / precio / visibilidad / promoción en campo para poder accionar medidas correctivas
+ Comunicar y desplegar con la FFVV de la distribuidora las actividades que se implementan en el mes, productos foco, bonificaciones, promociones y demás actividades de generación de demanda en el punto de venta; realizando el oportuno seguimiento y excelencia en la ejecución de estos.
+ Asegurar el uso de herramientas otorgadas por la empresa de acuerdo con los lineamientos dados (catálogos, muestras, material PoP, etc.)
+ Desarrollar la relación comercial con los principales stakeholders con los que interactúa (dueños / gerentes de distribuidoras y principales clientes)
+ Realizar clínicas y demás capacitaciones a la FFVV de la distribuidora sobre el portafolio, habilidades de ventas y los planes de las categorías en los canales de venta semanalmente.
+ Levantar información clave de la dinámica del mercado en general (competencia, activaciones, lanzamientos, etc.) en el territorio asignado, levantándola oportunamente a las áreas internas correspondientes
+ Construir capacidades en el distribuidor que le permitan incrementar su sell out de una manera sostenible en el tiempo

+ **Formación Académica** : Egresados de carreras universitarias en Administración, Ingeniería o afines.
+ **Experiencia:** Experiencia mínima de 1 año en consumo masivo.
+ Conocimiento de Inglés: Básico o Intermedio.
+ Manejo herramienta MS Office - Excel Intermedio.
+ SAP (deseable)
