Impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio mediante la ejecución de estrategias comerciales orientadas al incremento de ventas, expansión de participación de mercado (market share) y fortalecimiento de relaciones con clientes clave.

Este rol es fundamental para identificar oportunidades, negociar acuerdos efectivos y asegurar una ejecución impecable en el punto de venta.

Lo que hará

  • Gestión Comercial:
  • Ejecutar el plan de ventas en línea con los objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad.

  • Identificar oportunidades de expansión de mercado y desarrollo de nuevos clientes.

  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y proponer acciones correctivas.

  • Negociación y Relación con Clientes:
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.

  • Negociar condiciones comerciales, promociones y acuerdos de volumen.

  • Actuar como punto de contacto estratégico entre la empresa y el cliente.

  • Estrategia y Ejecución:
  • Implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de marketing y trade marketing.

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta: visibilidad, disponibilidad y activaciones.

  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y comportamiento del consumidor.

  • Colaboración Interna:
  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas como marketing, supply chain y finanzas para garantizar una propuesta de valor integral.

  • Participar en la planificación de demanda y forecast de ventas.

  • Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en roles comerciales, preferentemente en consumo masivo, retail o distribución.

  • Habilidades comprobadas en negociación, manejo de clientes y análisis comercial.

  • Conocimiento del mercado peruano y canales de venta (tradicional).

  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis (Excel, Power BI deseable).

  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).

  • Orientación a resultados y crecimiento.

  • Pensamiento estratégico y analítico.

  • Influencia y habilidades de negociación.

  • Proactividad y autonomía.
