The Job
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a high-impact, foundational role in our sales organization, primarily focused on the critical stage of new business generation.
Operating fully remote, the SDR is the company's front-line voice, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within our target market.
This role requires a high-energy, results-oriented individual who thrives on the challenge of cold outreach and is adept at crafting compelling, personalized messages across multiple channels (phone, email, and social).
The SDR is expected to own the top of the sales funnel, working relentlessly to convert cold contacts into qualified sales opportunities and scheduled meetings for the Account Executive team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outbound Activity: Daily/weekly targets for phone calls, emails sent, and social engagement.
- Qualified Opportunities (MQL/SQL): Monthly and quarterly goals for converting leads into qualified sales meetings.
- Pipeline Contribution: Measured by the value and volume of qualified meetings booked.
The Profile
We are looking for a tenacious and intellectually curious SDR who views outbound sales as a strategic challenge.

You are someone who:
- Has a Proven Track Record: You bring 4+ years of consistent success in an outbound-focused B2B or SaaS sales development role.
- Thrives on the Hunt: You are energized by the process of cold outreach, handling rejection, and successfully breaking into new accounts.
- Is a Communication Expert: You possess a rare combination of strong verbal persuasion skills for cold calling and exceptional written skills for highly personalized email/LinkedIn messaging.
- Lives in the CRM: You are naturally organized and utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft) as command centers, ensuring every interaction is tracked accurately.
- Is Highly Adaptable: You can quickly absorb product knowledge, articulate value propositions to various personas, and adjust your strategy based on performance data and market feedback.
- Demonstrates Resilience: You approach a missed goal or tough call as a learning opportunity, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude required for high-volume prospecting.
- Is Autonomous & Disciplined: You are highly effective working from home, requiring minimal supervision while consistently managing your time and activity to exceed goals.
