Hoy buscamos un(a)
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
que lleve nuestro mensaje a nuevos clientes y abra las puertas de negocios estratégicos.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Prospectar cuentas B2B
de forma constante, investigando industrias y mapeando tomadores de decisión.

Realizar llamadas en frío diariamente
, demostrando confianza y entusiasmo para abrir conversaciones con clientes potenciales.

Enviar correos de prospección personalizados
, con enfoque consultivo y orientado a generar interés real.

Utilizar LinkedIn y otras plataformas digitales
para conectar estratégicamente con prospectos clave.

Calificar leads
asegurando que cumplan con el perfil de cliente ideal antes de pasarlos al equipo de ventas.

Generar y agendar reuniones calificadas
con decisores de alto nivel.

Aplicar metodologías de calificación
(BANT, CHAMP u otras) para evaluar si un lead cumple con las condiciones de negocio.

Investigar necesidades del prospecto
para adaptar el discurso comercial a cada caso.

Mantener actualizado el CRM
con todas las interacciones, asegurando un pipeline limpio y organizado.

Dar seguimiento constante a prospectos
, manteniendo contacto hasta lograr conversión o descarte.

Reportar métricas clave
como número de llamadas, correos enviados, tasas de respuesta, reuniones generadas y conversiones.

Colaborar con marketing y ventas
, compartiendo feedback del mercado y ayudando a mejorar el mensaje de prospección.

Probar nuevas técnicas de acercamiento
(AB testing en correos, secuencias de outreach, mensajes creativos).

Participar activamente en capacitaciones y role plays
, perfeccionando continuamente su pitch y habilidades de cierre en primeras reuniones.

Interacción activa
en redes sociales (LinkedIn)

Representar la cultura de Provisiones Tecnológicas
, transmitiendo energía, profesionalismo y entusiasmo en cada contacto con el cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Egresado en Administración, Ingeniería, Marketing, Negocios o afines.

  • Experiencia previa en
    ventas B2B
    (mínimo 2 años en prospección outbound).

  • Conocimiento en
    llamadas en frío y técnicas de prospección digital
    .

  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, con confianza para interactuar con altos cargos.

  • Orientación a resultados y resiliencia frente a objeciones y rechazos.

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).

  • Nivel intermedio de las herramientas de ofimática (Word, Excel, Power Point) y CRM.
