Qué haces

  • La Gerencia de Promoción y Ventas desempeña un rol estratégico y dual: lidera el equipo de promoción, compuesto por KAMs en las áreas de Oncología, Fertilidad y N&I, y además gestiona las ventas, distribuidores y planes comerciales de determinados clientes clave.

  • Su responsabilidad principal es definir e implementar estrategias promocionales efectivas, identificando oportunidades de mercado con el respaldo de los equipos de Excelencia Comercial y Mercadeo.

  • Asegura que el panel médico alcance los niveles de cobertura esperados y lidera la estrategia de contacto de la Fuerza de Ventas, garantizando que sus niveles de productividad estén alineados con los objetivos establecidos.

    Asimismo, define la asignación de recursos por territorio, priorizando acciones estratégicas según su impacto en el mercado y el presupuesto disponible.

  • La implementación de las estrategias de marketing es un componente clave de su gestión, proporcionando retroalimentación continua a la Gerencia de Producto sobre la efectividad de las tácticas y eventos ejecutados.

    También es responsable de generar reportes de Inteligencia de Campo y de colaborar en la adopción de metodologías ágiles.

  • Supervisa la ejecución de eventos, desarrolla y da seguimiento a planes de acción, y acompaña a la Fuerza de Ventas en la elaboración de sus planes individuales.

    Además, identifica oportunidades comerciales y vela por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y rotación establecidos.

Quién eres

  • Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional con título universitario en Administración, Negocios o Economía, y un nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).

  • Se requiere una experiencia mínima de cinco años en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en funciones relacionadas con la gestión de productos, comercio y promoción.

  • Es indispensable contar con trayectoria en ventas dentro del mercado institucional y de alto costo, incluyendo el manejo de licitaciones y la interacción con tomadores de decisiones en instituciones de salud.

  • El candidato debe tener conocimientos sólidos en productos farmacéuticos de alto costo, así como habilidades analíticas para realizar evaluaciones de costo-beneficio.

    Se valorará especialmente el dominio del mercado farmacéutico, el manejo de metodologías ágiles y conocimientos en finanzas básicas.

  • Buscamos una persona con capacidad demostrada para administrar presupuestos, y con habilidades destacadas de comunicación y negociación.

    Es esencial el manejo eficiente de herramientas como Outlook y plataformas colaborativas, además de experiencia liderando equipos y promoviendo el desarrollo profesional de sus integrantes.

  • Finalmente, se considerará altamente deseable la experiencia en la gestión de relaciones comerciales con clientes clave y la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento estratégico.
