Sobre el rol
Olé Life está buscando un/a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead para diseñar e implementar los sistemas y procesos que impulsan su motor comercial.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol central en alinear Ventas, Marketing y Retención, asegurando que los datos, automatizaciones y flujos de trabajo escalen de forma eficiente a medida que la compañía crece en la región.
Será responsable de la implementación y administración del CRM (preferentemente HubSpot), así como de los tableros, reportes e integraciones que brindan visibilidad y soporte a las decisiones estratégicas del negocio.

Reportará al VP de Strategic Operations y será un socio clave del equipo de liderazgo de Revenue.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la implementación, configuración y administración del CRM de Olé Life (HubSpot preferido).

  • Diseñar workflows, automatizaciones e integraciones que aseguren escalabilidad, precisión y eficiencia operativa.

  • Construir y mantener dashboards e informes que consoliden métricas de Ventas, Marketing y Retención, generando visibilidad y accountability.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Revenue en forecasting, seguimiento del pipeline y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.

  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y simplificación de procesos en toda la operación go-to-market (HubSpot, Slack, entre otras herramientas).

  • Ser un socio estratégico del liderazgo, garantizando que los datos y KPIs sean confiables, accionables y estén alineados con las prioridades del negocio.

  • Aportar análisis e insights que orienten las decisiones y ayuden a alcanzar las metas de crecimiento.


Requisitos

  • +4 años de experiencia en Revenue Operations, Sales Operations o funciones similares en empresas SaaS, fintech o insurtech.

  • +2 años administrando HubSpot (u otro CRM), incluyendo automatizaciones, reportes y gestión de datos.

  • Sólido pensamiento analítico y capacidad para traducir datos en decisiones de negocio.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización (n8n, Zapier, Clay) y manejo básico de APIs o scripting.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración transversal.

  • Perfil proactivo, detallista y orientado a la escalabilidad.

  • Residencia en Buenos Aires (Argentina), Ciudad de México (México), São Paulo (Brasil) o Lima (Perú).
