About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Research & Insights Strategist to lead market analysis and research that fuel global advertising campaigns and innovative digital product development.
What you'll do
- Transform data into clear, actionable stories for clients.
- Build dashboards, reports, and high-impact presentations.
- Design and optimize quantitative & qualitative research processes (surveys, focus groups, usability tests).
- Conduct competitive intelligence on digital experiences, brand strategy, and channel performance.
- Lead and mentor analysts, supporting their growth and capability building.
- Collaborate closely with global strategy teams to maximize the value of insights.
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in market research, insights, data analysis, or digital strategy.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher).
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling.
- Experience generating insights and reports that drive strategic decisions.
- Leadership, training, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kantar, Nielsen, GWI, MRI or other research tools.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Data Studio, Datorama or other visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of digital advertising (channels, KPIs, metrics).
- Interest in report/process automation and optimization.
