Job description

*MISIÓN *
Brindar un servicio personalizado y oportuno dentro de los estándares de calidad de servicios establecidos por la Institución al público desde las ventanillas, y concretar la venta de los productos y servicios que brinda el banco.

*PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES *

  • Efectuar transacciones de caja aplicando las opciones del sistema para la ejecución de las mismas, de acuerdo a las normas establecidas, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos por el Banco para la atención de los clientes y manteniendo la confidencialidad de la información de los clientes.

  • Concretar la venta de los productos del banco tales como Tarjeta de Crédito, Cuenta de Ahorros, Depósitos a plazo, seguros, compra de deuda / + efectivo u otros que pueda asignar el Banco para la posición.

  • Para toda solicitud de atención en ventanilla, deberá realizar la validación del documento de identidad presentado y la verificación física de la persona contra dicho documento.

  • Verificar con luz ultravioleta la correcta emisión y endoso de cheques y giros bancarios, presentados para su cobro, deposito en cuenta o pago de obligaciones al banco, así como procesar el cobro de documentos de cartera, pago de pensiones servicios y tributos establecidos por el Banco.

  • Verificar a través del sistema, la conformidad de los saldos y con luz ultravioleta la validez de los documentos presentados al cobro en la ventanilla.

  • Mantener términos medios de efectivo en su ventanilla dentro de lo normado, evitando quedar desprovisto para atender las operaciones que se le presenten, o tener exceso de efectivo.

  • Efectuar el precintado y atado de los fajos de billetes de conformidad con las normas y procedimientos establecidos
  • Atender, emitir y Realizar diariamente al cierre de operaciones el arqueo de la bóveda, y firmar conjuntamente con el JOS el Libro de Caja en señal de conformidad del efectivo custodiado en bóveda, cuando es responsable de la llave o clave de la bóveda.

*CONOCIMIENTO Y EXPERIENCIA *

  • Formación Estudios técnicos a partir de 4to ciclo / Estudios Universitarios en proceso o truncos.

  • Especialización
  • Experiencia mínima 6 meses - 1 año de experiencia.

  • Conocimientos Específicos Conteo de dinero (varias divisas) Venta de productos y/o servicios Conocimientos de operativa de cajas Prevención de lavado de activos, temas regulatorios SBS.
