¿Cuál es tu reto?

  • Brindar atención personalizada desde ventanilla, cumpliendo nuestros estándares de calidad, realizando transacciones financieras con precisión.

  • Promover la venta de nuestros productos financieros, según las necesidades del cliente.

  • Manejar caja, cuadre diario y verificar la autenticidad de billetes y documentos valorados.

  • Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y prevención de lavado de activos.

  • Ser embajador de nuestra cultura de servicio.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • Técnicos egresados o universitarios desde 4to ciclo en carreras como Administración y Negocios, Economía, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial y Gestión Empresarial (indispensable).

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como cajero.

  • Perfil comercial y facilidad para ofrecer productos financieros.

  • Competencias clave: proactividad, actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente.
