Descripción del puesto:

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Representante de Atención al Cliente con al menos 1 año de experiencia, para unirse a nuestro equipo y brindar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.

El candidato ideal será proactivo, empático, con excelentes habilidades comunicativas y enfocado en la resolución de problemas.

Responsabilidades:

• Atender consultas, quejas y solicitudes de los clientes a través de diversos canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat).

• Proporcionar información precisa y actualizada sobre productos o servicios.

• Resolver incidencias de forma rápida, eficaz y con enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.

• Registrar interacciones con clientes en el sistema.

• Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos de atención y sugerir soluciones.

• Trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos para dar seguimiento a casos especiales.

Requisitos:

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en atención al cliente.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

• Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas.

• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver conflictos.

• Actitud positiva, empática y orientada al servicio.

• Educación mínima: Secundaria completa (preferible estudios técnicos o universitarios en curso o finalizados).

Se valorará:

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente en sectores como, telecomunicaciones, servicios financieros, entre otros.

• Conocimientos básicos de facturación o soporte técnico.
