Human Resources Specialist – Latin America

Contec Medical Systems, a global leader in medical device manufacturing and healthcare innovation, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist based in Peru to lead recruitment and HR initiatives across Latin America.

Location: Peru – Lima or other major city (Hybrid or On-site)

Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Latin American countries, including sales, technical support, and service roles.

  • Design and implement region-specific hiring strategies that align with local markets and Contec's global goals.

  • Coordinate with Contec's headquarters in China to ensure alignment of HR initiatives across borders.

  • Support employee onboarding, ensure compliance with local labor regulations in multiple countries, and handle HR operations.

  • Promote Contec's employer brand across the region via job platforms, university outreach, and recruitment events.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations within Latin America, ideally in the healthcare, tech, or industrial sectors.

  • Solid understanding of regional labor laws and multicultural HR practices.

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Mandarin is a strong plus).

  • Proactive, independent, and culturally aware team player with strong coordination skills.

Contec Medical Systems, líder mundial en la fabricación de dispositivos médicos y en innovación sanitaria, está en búsqueda de un(a) Especialista en Recursos Humanos con base en Perú para liderar las iniciativas de reclutamiento y gestión de talento en toda América Latina.

Ubicación: Perú – Lima u otra ciudad principal (modalidad híbrida o presencial)

Tipo: Jornada completa

Inicio: Inmediato

Responsabilidades

  • Dirigir procesos de reclutamiento de extremo a extremo para puestos en diversos países de América Latina (ventas, soporte técnico, servicio posventa, entre otros).

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de atracción de talento adaptadas a cada mercado local, alineadas con los objetivos globales de Contec.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Recursos Humanos en la sede central (China) para asegurar la alineación de políticas y procesos.

  • Gestionar procesos de incorporación, cumplimiento de normativas laborales locales en distintos países y operaciones generales de RR.

  • Impulsar la marca empleadora de Contec a través de eventos universitarios, ferias laborales y plataformas digitales.

Perfil deseado

  • Experiencia comprobada en reclutamiento o gestión de recursos humanos en la región de América Latina, idealmente en sectores como salud, tecnología o dispositivos médicos.

  • Conocimiento sólido de las leyes laborales regionales y sensibilidad para trabajar en entornos multiculturales.

  • Dominio del idioma español e inglés (mandarín es una ventaja adicional).

  • Persona proactiva, autónoma, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación internacional.
