El candidato ideal debe tener habilidades comerciales enfocadas a usuarios finales con experiencia en venta a múltiples verticales, incluidas, Ciudades Seguras, Transporte, Cumplimiento de la ley, Infraestructura crítica, Hospitalaria, Campus y Sector Corporativo.

El candidato deberá identificar y desarrollar canales y socios corporativos para el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.

  • Desarrollar y administrar todas las relaciones con los usuarios finales de la industria dentro del territorio y/o vertical definida.
  • Experiencia y presencia ejecutiva para liderar reuniones con clientes.
  • Identificar, hacer crecer, administrar y apoyar canales partner nuevos y existentes.
  • Desarrollar una estrategia de ventas que cultive y desarrolle conexiones comerciales en todos los niveles de la organización de un cliente en nuestros mercados objetivo.
  • Cumplir con los ingresos de nuevos clientes y los objetivos de expansión de clientes (es decir, impulsar los ingresos por renovación y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente).
  • Comprender e influir en el proceso de compra del cliente.
  • Comunicar las soluciones y servicios de ISS para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
  • Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos a través de la planificación estratégica de cuentas, la creación de redes y la utilización de recursos corporativos desde la investigación previa a la llamada hasta el cierre, incluida la preparación de presentaciones para todas las fases del ciclo de ventas.
  • Trabajar para desarrollar e impulsar oportunidades de especificaciones con socios y consultores de A&E
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería de preventa, liderar y supervisar las respuestas de ISS a las iniciativas RFP/RFI.
  • Ayudar a los canales partner con cotizaciones y propuestas.
  • Realizar periódicamente evaluaciones de cuentas estratégicas para determinar las necesidades de servicio y los patrones de uso del producto.
  • Desarrollar una sólida comprensión de la plataforma y analíticas de ISS, SecurOS, con un enfoque en el valor comercial que puede proporcionar al negocio de un cliente.
  • Ofrecer informes detallados y oportunos sobre actividades y oportunidades dentro de la región.
  • Brindar comentarios sobre el mercado, incluida información competitiva, expectativas de los clientes, tendencias de la industria, etc.
  • Requisitos:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en Ventas y/o Desarrollo de Negocios en ventas de software (en seguridad física, preferiblemente)
  • Experiencia en venta de tecnología/soluciones a usuarios finales
  • Experiencia en Ventas de Fabricantes a Integradores de Sistemas
  • Habilidad para construir nuevas relaciones con los usuarios finales
  • Una comprensión profunda de la industria de la seguridad física en relación con el mercado A&E
  • Comprensión de los modelos de distribución de uno y dos niveles
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentación
  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente (verbal y escrito) con excelentes habilidades para escuchar.
  • Altamente organizado y auto-motivado
  • Imprescindible experiencia en Excel y CRM
  • Disponibilidad de viajar
  • Bilingüe
