Job Type: Full-Time Contractor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: USD $1,400 – $1,700/month (DOE)

Join HireHawk’s internal recruiting team to drive full-cycle hiring across priority roles.

You’ll turn clear requirements into high-converting postings, generate qualified pipelines quickly, conduct structured screenings, and guide candidates through assessments and offers.

Expect fast execution, high standards, and tight coordination with our recruiting operations—all within an EST-aligned, fully remote environment.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • Own intake to publish: translate requirements into a crisp sourcing guide and post jobs same day in Workable.

  • Source at pace: run Boolean/X-ray searches, optimize job boards, and drive proactive outreach to fill the top of funnel quickly.

  • Interview with structure: execute Ribbon.ai + HireHawk question sets, probe for evidence, and document signals objectively.

  • Validate skills objectively: select ≤60-minute TestGorilla bundles; invite, drive completion, and interpret results for shortlists.

  • Maintain ATS hygiene: keep stages, notes, and tags clean; produce weekly pipeline and SLA reports.

  • Candidate experience: communicate within 24 hours, prep for interviews, and set clear next steps to reduce drop-off.

  • Offer & onboarding support: coordinate compensation details and assist with Deel for compliant contractor onboarding.

  • SOP discipline & improvement: document repeatable steps, remove friction, and raise quality standards across roles.

Must-Haves for the Role

  • 2+ years of recruiting (agency/BPO or high-volume internal) with measurable pipeline and hire outcomes.

  • Workable (or similar ATS) mastery across job setup, automations, reporting, and data hygiene.

  • Proven sourcing skill with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and Boolean/X-ray techniques.

  • Structured interviewing using scripted guides (Ribbon.ai + HireHawk) with evidence-based notes.

  • TestGorilla operations: choose the right 5 tests (≤60 minutes total), manage invites, and read results credibly.

  • Excellent English communication—clear written updates and professional live/video presence.

  • Remote reliability: wired 25 Mbps+ internet with a tested backup; consistent EST availability.

  • Professional judgment with confidentiality and non-circumvention awareness per HireHawk engagement standards.

Nice-to-Haves for the Role

  • Experience recruiting for law firms (e.g., legal assistants, paralegals, case managers).

  • Experience recruiting for ecommerce companies (CX, operations, sales).

  • Familiarity with Zoho One (CRM/Forms/Bookings) and Deel for contractor onboarding.

  • Spanish or Portuguese for deeper LATAM reach.
