Responsabilidades Clave del Reclutador
Manejarás el Ciclo de Reclutamiento Completo, asegurando la rapidez y la calidad en cada contratación:
Estrategia de Sourcing: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de sourcing creativas y agresivas para construir un pipeline robusto de candidatos calificados para roles de alta demanda, utilizando activamente plataformas y redes profesionales.
Gestión Integral: Administrar todo el proceso de contratación, desde la apertura de la requisición hasta la fecha de inicio del candidato.
Pre-Selección y Entrevistas: Realizar entrevistas iniciales exhaustivas para evaluar las calificaciones, el ajuste cultural y las expectativas salariales de los candidatos.
Coordinación Eficiente: Coordinar de manera eficiente y profesional las complejas agendas de entrevistas entre candidatos y gerentes de contratación (hiring managers).
Reportes y Métricas: Mantener la precisión de los datos en el ATS (Sistema de Seguimiento de Candidatos) y generar informes semanales sobre métricas clave (salud del pipeline, tiempo promedio de contratación, etc.).
Comunicación con Stakeholders: Ser el punto de contacto principal para los candidatos y colaborar activamente con los gerentes para garantizar una comunicación clara, consistente y oportuna.
Habilidades y Calificaciones Requeridas
Experiencia: Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia demostrable en reclutamiento de ciclo completo.
Idioma (Mandatorio): Dominio profesional y fluidez en Inglés (oral y escrito) para la gestión de las requisiciones.
Idioma (Plus): El dominio del Español es un plus significativo para la interacción regional.
Tecnología: Competencia en el uso de plataformas ATS (ej.
JazzHR, Taleo) y Microsoft Office Suite.
