EVOMARINE, a trusted global leader in the maritime sector, is seeking an experienced Recruiter (or Recruitment Partner) based in South America — ideally Peru — to support our growing international ship repair and shipbuilding projects.

This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for a professional who understands the local labor market and can connect skilled technical talent with global maritime projects.

About the Role

As our
Recruitment Partner
, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and trade professionals in the maritime field.

You'll work closely with EVOMARINE's HR and operations teams to ensure all sourced talent meets our quality, safety, and operational standards.

We are particularly interested in connecting with outsourcing partners who can supply skilled professionals from South America in areas such as:

  • Welding & Fabrication
  • Pipefitting & Plumbing
  • Marine Electrical & Electronics
  • Machinery & Engine Maintenance
  • Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering Support
  • Rigging & Scaffolding
  • Hull Repair & Coating

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Identify, attract, and recruit skilled professionals across key maritime disciplines (welders, pipefitters, electricians, mechanics, engineers).

  • Use local networks, online platforms, and trade schools to build a reliable talent pipeline.

Candidate Evaluation & Vetting

  • Pre-screen and assess candidates to verify technical skills, certifications, language proficiency, and work readiness.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Talent Pool Management

  • Build and maintain an updated database of pre-vetted, job-ready candidates from South America — particularly Peru.

  • Monitor availability and readiness for deployment on short notice.

Process Coordination & Onboarding

  • Support candidates throughout documentation, visa, and onboarding processes.

  • Coordinate with EVOMARINE's HR and Operations teams to align mobilizations with project timelines.

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.

  • Maintain transparent and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Partner Profile

  • Proven experience recruiting technical or trade personnel (preferably for international or maritime sectors).

  • Strong knowledge of South American labor markets (Peru preferred).

  • Established network of skilled workers and trade institutions.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and reliability.
