Quality Analyst – Remote from Lima

U.S. market

Key Responsibilities
- Approve suppliers
(domestic and international).
- Authorize purchases
(incoming containers/trucks – POs).
- Create and update product/raw material specifications
.
- Support warehouse quality management
and operations.
- Approve packaging and labeling artwork
before printing.
- Manage complaints
with suppliers and customers.
- Lead and support
auditing, compliance, verification, and documentation
activities with customers, co-packers, and supply chain partners.
- Maintain and update all internal
FSQA programs
(HACCP, GMPs, Sanitation, Approved Supplier Program, etc.).
- Assist with
third-party audits
(USDA Organic, Kosher, Fair for Life, GFSI, and others).
Requirements
- Advanced English
(written and spoken – mandatory).
- Degree
in Food Engineering, Food Industries, Food Microbiology, or related fields.
- PCQI certification
required.
- Strong experience with
FDA regulations, FSMA, and GFSI
.
- Proven experience with
edible oils
(olive, avocado, sunflower).
- Proficiency in
ERP systems
(ideally NetSuite).
- Ability to
lead Quality programs
in fast-growing environments.
- Strong collaboration skills to work
remotely with international teams
(operations, sales, innovation, regenerative agriculture).
