Hey We are looking for a QA Anlayst to join our team
La modalidad de contratacion es bajo planilla completa bajo regimen general.
La jornada laboral es de Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 4pm y puede realizarse de manera remota
Responsibilities
· Monitor and evaluate product or service quality through audits, reviews, and testing
· Listen and assess outbound Sales and inbound Client Care Coordination calls based on QA guidelines
· Participate in creating call monitoring formats and quality standards
· Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
· Compile, maintain, and track team performance metrics
· Provide documented feedback to team member supervisors
· Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and checklists
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
· Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
· Support training initiatives related to quality standards and procedures
· Attend team meetings and perform administrative reporting tasks
· Future task: Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions within the team
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
· Must have 2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a BPO company, handling call audits and performance analysis
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards)
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
· Demonstrated English grammar proficiency and strong computer skills is a must
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must
· Detail-oriented, proactive, assertive, and able to meet daily deadlines is a must
· Ability to work independently
