Job Overview:
Join our team as a Production and Purchasing Coordinator and be a crucial part of our mission to deliver high-quality products.
As a trusted steward of our production processes, you will ensure seamless coordination between forecasting, operations, and procurement, all while upholding our commitment to excellence and innovation in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules with precision, aligning them with forecasted demand and our operational priorities.
Forge strong partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to orchestrate the timely delivery of materials and products.
Maintain oversight of inventory levels and procurement activities to uphold our standards of quality and efficiency.
Adapt quickly to changes in production requirements and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep meticulous records of production activities, inventory levels, and supplier communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
Identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings within our production and procurement processes, driving sustainable growth for our brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in textiles, including design, production, commercial, or international trade, is highly valued.
Proficiency in verbal and written English is essential, reflecting our commitment to global excellence.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and synergy across teams.

Pay: S/.3, S/.4,500.00 per month
